Just had the adventure of
taking the garbage container out in the storm. The gutter is full and running
fast. Hope the water or the wind don’t overturn it. Today I will see the chiro
before I go to the senior center and show him the MRI pictures with the caveat
from the doctor. I need to get busy with my part of the solution with
exercises. Keeping dry and warm are on the agenda for today.
