Day 136

I wrote my August column for Senior News about physical therapy and how it improved my daily life. Today I’m going to the health club with my one month gift certificate and find out what I can do to continue becoming fit. I know I want to do the mat science, a combo of stretching, Yoga, and pilates, and I want to investigate the body flex exercises. Not interested in the machines. I want to be healthy.
